Phase I [Cont]

I'm still working on phase one. It's actually been a transition trying to get back into logging my food!
I told my boyfriend I want to give up drinking again for multiple reasons. He asked me why it's really necessary...but doesn't care so long as I drink with him Saturday? I told him we'll see but.... Idk. If I'm strong enough to not want to I dont think I should.  The weight has started to come back on since I started drinking multiple times a week so that's obviously the culprit.

I got a promotion at work and I'd really like to get my weight loss back on track now that the pressure is off with interviews and what not.

My boyfriend and I are having trouble again. He wants me to lose more weight. He said I "didn't finish".... losing the weight. It's hurtful and I feel like he'll never be happy with me no matter what....despite that he claims to be happy with me and I'm the one always nit-picking and creating problems.

I'm always wrong in our relationship. I'm the bad guy for trying to bring us closer. That just makes me psycho and clingy for wanting to "spend time with him 24/7." It's just that I'm trying to work on things before we simply grow apart. In a letter I wrote him, I ended it by saying that I fell in love with him suddenly and then gradually and I'm scared that we're going to grow apart the same way. I wrote that the letter was my way of trying to stop that from happening.... But he just got defensive and it almost became another fight.

Can I do anything right?

Week 20 Review

Let me just begin by saying I ate a crap load of nuts yesterday. Almonds, cashews, walnuts... you name it, I ate it! Lol. Um, yeah. Holy bloat. I feel.... like I'm filling with air. lol. I didn't even want to post the before and after shot, but to be fair to myself I need to track every single week, progress or not. I don't think I gained, I think I'm just really bloated. Haha. Nuts are good but not in the excessive amount I was eating them. Oh, and I ate like an entire bag of Beanitos while watching Water for Elephants. And when I say "like a whole bag"... I mean the whole bag. Wtf is wrong with me! But, here it is.

The results of doing that to myself. The plus side is, I did ZERO drinking this weekend. That's right, I had the weekend off and didn't sip a single drink. I also didn't work out but hey at least I stayed strong in one department... And that's a tough thing that I haven't been able to stay strong on for weeks. So, if I want to look at the bright side and focus on the silver lining, no matter how small and distant that silver lining may be, then that's my bright side. No drinking, but overeating.

Week 16 Review

Pft I don't even want to talk about it. :/ My gut is huge. And today it actually hurts. Like a sharp pain in my abdomen. Ugh. Going to the zoo today which I'm excited about! Walk around all day, look at sweet precious animals and soak in some sun. Hopefully that will cheer me up and I don't have to think about these results all day.

If I did the math correctly, that's a total of 5 inches lost in April? (0.5 hips, 2.5 waist, 1.5 abs, + .5 bust)

Fit for Friday 39-36-40.5

I took measurements again to follow my TIU plan which wants me to measure calf, neck, and abs as well. 

I've lost 1.5" bust (go figure), Waist is the same this week,  and I lost 1 inch on the hips. So the only thing I lost from is my butt and boobs. lmao. Oh well, the rest will follow suit.The biggest news is my thigh is down 3 inches!!! 3 whole inches. Woot! Thank you Jillian Michaels; my pants definitely feel baggy and a couple people at work mentioned I was looking smaller, so yay!

Up 2.2 lbs | 39-35-41

Well, I really worked hard to see results today. Last week threw me off but I'm trying to keep it at just one week lost to laziness. I stuck with my workout promise so far. Hoping to see some small changes on the scale today. I did end up weighing myself on Sunday and I was at 168 lbs.
  •  168  lbs (Up 2.2 lbs from last week, down .8 from 2 weeks ago)
  •  32.6% fat (Up .7% from last week, same as 2 weeks ago)
  •  39.4% water (always varies)
  •  32.4% muscle (Down .3% from last week, same as 2 weeks ago)
The odd thing about last Wednesday was that the few days before it I was reading 170 lbs. Not sure why last week I weighed 165.8, but didn't weight that before or after that day. lol. I'll go ahead and assume I never really lost that weight, and I haven't lost a pound in 2 weeks then.  Discouraging but hoping that the Drop 10 Challenge can push me forward.

35.5" below bust (same)
41" hips (down .5")

Down 1.4 lbs | 40-36-41

So I have been wanting to take my measurements to more accurately track my weight loss. I went to a couple stores and literally COULD NOT find a white measuring tape so I bought a home repair one. It should work well enough. I took my measurements as best I could to follow the image.

Bust: 40.5"
Below Breast: 35.5"
Waist: 36"
Hips: 41.5"
Thigh: 24" ( I measured to track my focus progress)
Arm: 12"

So the size of my thigh should be the size of my waist? LOL

My measurements: 40, 36, 41 (appx)
Rachel Bilson is 32, 23, 34
Scarlett Johansson is 34,24, 35
Mandy Moore is 36, 25, 35
Jennifer Lopez is 34, 26, 38
Jessica Biel is 36, 25, 35
Kim Kardashian is 34, 26, 39

LOL. Oh god I have a long way to go. But I knew that! It's okay. I'm still looking to lose 10-12 inches in my waist. I found this website where you can click on a waist size and it shows you a bunch of females with that waist measurement. I still want a 26" waist. I'm fine with my bust and hips but I'm sure those will shrink.  Ideally, I'll say I want to be... 36, 26, 37 ish though anything close to this would be amazing.
