Up 2.2 lbs | 39-35-41

Well, I really worked hard to see results today. Last week threw me off but I'm trying to keep it at just one week lost to laziness. I stuck with my workout promise so far. Hoping to see some small changes on the scale today. I did end up weighing myself on Sunday and I was at 168 lbs.
  •  168  lbs (Up 2.2 lbs from last week, down .8 from 2 weeks ago)
  •  32.6% fat (Up .7% from last week, same as 2 weeks ago)
  •  39.4% water (always varies)
  •  32.4% muscle (Down .3% from last week, same as 2 weeks ago)
The odd thing about last Wednesday was that the few days before it I was reading 170 lbs. Not sure why last week I weighed 165.8, but didn't weight that before or after that day. lol. I'll go ahead and assume I never really lost that weight, and I haven't lost a pound in 2 weeks then.  Discouraging but hoping that the Drop 10 Challenge can push me forward.

In two weeks: 
35" waist (down 1")
39" bust (down 1.5")
35.5" below bust (same)
41" hips (down .5")
24" thigh (same)
12" arm  (same)
