Stay on track

Well last week ended up being a wash. I did my Monday and Tuesday training but that was it for cardio. On the plus side
I began doing toning workouts again.

This morning I did #tiu arms and sand castle workout. I might be going to the auto show today in Chicago but if not I'm doing another round of toning later today with david.

I did okay with eating yesterday but I still needed more protein and water. This morning my scale said I'm 46% water and a few pounds up but I'm not going to worry about that at the moment. Right now I'm focused on building muscle, training for my half marathon and eating healthy and I'm confident the weight well come off If I stick to that.

Here's some of my goals in review from last well using the loseit app.

Week 30 Review

This is what happened throughout the summer. Starting right after the Bikini Series, and all the way to now. Aside from my bloating today, I'd say I didn't do too bad. I didn't lose anything, but I also didn't gain aside from dramatic highs and lows all summer.

Week 29 "Review"

No picture this week due to EXTREME bloating (167 lbs!).
During major detoxing this week so hopefully Wednesdays weigh in IS NOT as horrifying.
It's now beginning of week 30... So only a few weeks to get a better progress picture.

Week 23 Review

Results are getting questionable.
I gotta get more specific about my calories again. I've just been relaxing and enjoying the summer, but the 4th is over, and I have no more outtings planned for the next two weeks so now's the time to buckle down and get to the lower 150's permanently.

Follow me for the next 14 days as I try to get back on track and achieve my July Goals which can be seen by clicking the link or by scrolling to the top of the page and going to the Goals sections.

Week 21 Review

It was a bad eating week. On Saturday I shockingly weighed in at 155.2 (my weekly low) but I'm scared to see what kind of damage the weekend did when I weigh in on Wednesday.  Just hoping that if I detox at least the first half of the week, it'll not be so bad by Wednesday. I had a great weekend, though! It's summer FINALLY and the worst case scenario is I maintain for a month or two, and then start losing again. I don't want that, but if that's what happens I will just remember that I enjoyed my summer, didn't gain, and can push through more barriers all year.

I'm still hoping to lose though!

Week 20 Review

Let me just begin by saying I ate a crap load of nuts yesterday. Almonds, cashews, walnuts... you name it, I ate it! Lol. Um, yeah. Holy bloat. I feel.... like I'm filling with air. lol. I didn't even want to post the before and after shot, but to be fair to myself I need to track every single week, progress or not. I don't think I gained, I think I'm just really bloated. Haha. Nuts are good but not in the excessive amount I was eating them. Oh, and I ate like an entire bag of Beanitos while watching Water for Elephants. And when I say "like a whole bag"... I mean the whole bag. Wtf is wrong with me! But, here it is.

The results of doing that to myself. The plus side is, I did ZERO drinking this weekend. That's right, I had the weekend off and didn't sip a single drink. I also didn't work out but hey at least I stayed strong in one department... And that's a tough thing that I haven't been able to stay strong on for weeks. So, if I want to look at the bright side and focus on the silver lining, no matter how small and distant that silver lining may be, then that's my bright side. No drinking, but overeating.

Week 16 Review

Pft I don't even want to talk about it. :/ My gut is huge. And today it actually hurts. Like a sharp pain in my abdomen. Ugh. Going to the zoo today which I'm excited about! Walk around all day, look at sweet precious animals and soak in some sun. Hopefully that will cheer me up and I don't have to think about these results all day.
