Today was my first day going to my new gym. They seem really nice there and I'm excited to get back into my routine!
I did just over 4 miles on the elliptical at levels 5 and 7 mostly .... Doing 2 min at level 5 then 1 min at level 7. I tried to push to 6:8 but it was too hard. Last spring I was doing levels 7:9/10! Hopefully I'll get back up there.
Besides that things aren't going too great. I'm trying not to talk about it or over think things but its hard when i have every day reminders. Working out helps though and I'm going to get through this!
