I stayed home and spent some time re-reading my TIU nutrition plan before I officially started today. Then I did some meal planning. I got my M2, M3, and M5 done for today and tomorrow but struggled with M1 and M4. M1 I know I'll have my Meta-D and then probably just greek yogurt with fruit. But M4 is tricky! Maybe just carrots and celery for that one.
Last week I said I wanted the TIU Nutrition Plan & the perfect fit protein. Now I have the nutrition plan and hoping to get the protein later this month when it's back in stock
- Decided I want a TIU lunch box to pack my cute little meal plans in. Also their Sport Mixer Totally unnecessary but still cute.
- I also want their beach babe DVD
- Still need a yoga mat but a towel will suffice for awhile.
Last week I did not complete the cardio that I set out to. The first half of the week went great then I got PMS and everything went to hell. lol. Oops? But this week I'm feeling great and more energized. Waking up at 2:30am instead of 3:00 so I can do some quick cardio, shower, eat M1 with Meta-D then get to work. Time to make this a habit. Spring is here! Well not really, it's a high of 40 today but this weekend the weather was fabulous.
