Also, I'm going to try really really hard to get up early and do a quick workout before work. I don't know if it's feasible for me since I work so early but I'm going to try. Maybe I won't do it every single morning but a few times a week would be better than none.
I went grocery shopping yesterday (spent more than I could afford) and started meal planning for the week. I got 7 larbar/be-kind bars for my M2's. Got chickpea patties, chicken patties, and salmon patties. Got more Ezekiel bread. Coconut Water. Asparagus, Kale, Spinach, ACV, Apple Juice for my Meta-D every morning, Balsamic Vinegar (was totally thrown off by how many varieties of Balsamic Vinegar there are!) Anyway, really excited for the changes that are happening!
