- 168.8 (That's up 3.6 lbs from last week)
I have an appointment with my doctor on Monday and I'm hoping we can figure out what might be going on. Maybe it's a hormonal thing? I know I've fallen off a bit but not this much. I have always had cheat days and even cheat weeks by accident but the scale didn't shift THIS much. It's only been since September/October that I started really climbing. So I don't know. I know it COULD be the holiday-weight-gain but it just doesn't seem right.
Today I ate:
M1: 3 egg whites w/ 2 slices low cal toast + 17 oz water
M2: Coffee w/ truvia and a little half&half
M3: Ovengold Turkey on low cal bread w/ lettuce & mustard + 17 oz water
M4: Low Sodium Tuna
M5: Extra Lean Ground Turkey w/ Northern Beans & Chili seasoning w/ 2 slices low cal bread & 34 oz water
And today I joined a new gym. They're called Charter Fitness and it's only $20 a month with unlimited guest visits! I'm excited to go! Although, it is going to overdraw my bank account... I feel like I had to!
