I am tracking my calories again.
I got SO frustrated when I plateaued I just gave up.
I stopped tracking calories.
I ate out A LOT.
I drank A LOT.
But things have to get back on track. I don't like feeling like this.
I've also been depressed lately. It might be because of my weight gain. It might also be because of some recent conflicts with my boyfriend. I cant even tell anymore.
