Trimspiration


Original July Goals:
  • Reach 150 lbs
  • Workout 3-4 times a week at least
  • Get back down to a 10 minute mile run
  • Go back to only drinking once a week at most!
  • Don't exceed my calorie budget this month at all...!
    • Budget for cheat days... or work off the extra calories
 Update on Goals:
  • I'm approaching it now, but the first half of the month was bad. 
  • I'm working towards it. Getting back on track!
  • Not getting to a 10 minute mile yet
  • After two weeks of more splurging, I am getting my drinking under control NOW
  • I'm doing decent about my calorie budget. Better this week than I have in the past 6-8.
