Trimspiration
Original July Goals:
- Reach 150 lbs
- Workout 3-4 times a week at least
- Get back down to a 10 minute mile run
- Go back to only drinking once a week at most!
- Don't exceed my calorie budget this month at all...!
- Budget for cheat days... or work off the extra calories
Update on Goals:
- I'm approaching it now, but the first half of the month was bad.
- I'm working towards it. Getting back on track!
- Not getting to a 10 minute mile yet
- After two weeks of more splurging, I am getting my drinking under control NOW
- I'm doing decent about my calorie budget. Better this week than I have in the past 6-8.
