Today I did this workout even though I absolutely didn't want to
move. I'm so proud of myself for pushing through the sore muscles and
exhaustion and getting that in! I wasn't able to always sprint but I
tried hard to jog at least. Though at the end of the 2nd round I really
couldn't push anymore. haha I wonder if I'll be better at it when the 8
weeks is up? + Under the Sea workout X3
