Week 4 Review


Here is my week of calories in review. Then there are my over/under calories so far since I started. As you can see, since my boyfriends birthday and valentines day I have not been over calories which is good especially since I didn't go to the gym at all last week when I was sick. My progress pics have minor, if any, changes. I think my waist might be going in a little and I might see a slight change in my arms compared to week 1 and week 4. I'm anxious to get back to the gym and start burning calories to see more progress! I like how my weight now is slowly going down (especially after that initial spike!) My goal this week is to get below 170 which should definitely happen. I got my state refund so I was able to go buy some more groceries! Yay. They totaled $94. The palermos Primo Thin Margarita Pizza has 290 calories for 1/3 which isn't fantastic but I can handle that! Then I plan to make chicken/avocado/red onion/tortillas, stuffed peppers in the slow cooker, and a broccoli & chicken dinner. I'm finally going to try coconut water. I got olive oil, almonds, and avocados to try out this MUFA diet. I'm going to make lemon/cucumber water. I got these snacks called Happy Creamies that are actually meant for babies but the girls at TIU talked about getting them and they have probiotics in them which I need to get more of while I'm on these antibiotics. So I'm ready for this week! I'm ready to bounce back from being sick and get in shape because Spring in only 25 days away! AHhh!
