Up 1, but down 11 since Sunday - No joke.

Sunday I actually weighed in at 167! I felt horrible Monday and Tuesday, but lost 2-3 lbs each day by drinking a ton of water with lemon and easting detox foods like cucumber. I think it was obviously water and toxins. :/ That's enough to make me never want to eat beer and pizza again! YIKES
