Here is our forecast for the week. :)
Here are a few things I ate this week/ detoxing and trying to lose a few before the trip. What is my final weigh in, you ask? :D
- 154.6 lbs
- 51.7% water
- 29.3% fat
- 34% muscle
These are great results & I am so excited to leave! Hoping the pictures turn out good so I can be proud of my weigh loss so far! I also hope I don't veer TOO far from my diet, but it is a vacation so I wont be counting calories. I already told my boyfriend though that since we want to try a bunch of famous restaurants, I think we should split the food so we can try more and not over eat. He agreed it's a good idea.
