My results stayed pretty much the same as last week. I did NO workouts until yesterday and I was eating too much! I stayed within my 2300 BMR calories, but I don't even think I was stayed at 1700. Now I know that my BMR is correct and if I want to maintain my weight, I know how much to eat until I have to workout to burn before I gain.
Going into this week (week meaning Wed-Wed) I want to try to keep my calories at 1200, so cut 500 in eating and cut 500 in workouts. I want to see if I lose 2 lbs, of if there's a variation somewhere.
50 burpees today!
+ 45 min on the treadmill (about 300 calories)
