I'm still struggling to get my weight and bloating in check. I also think I'm sick at this point. My entire body hurts and I've done nothing but sleep since Monday. Naps and long nights of pure sleep. I'm really close, almost the same, to my results the
first week of May. :/ I'd really hate to post that I lost nothing in May, but I suppose if I can figure out the root of the problem, then it'll be worth it
I'm anxious to see if upping my caloric intake will fix my problems. My fat has hardly budged in months, I think. It's never dropped below 30% for sure, which is questionable. Maybe this has been my problem my whole life. I go too extreme with the dieting and get fed up when I don't see results. Really hoping this is the key!
