Week 5 Review




I called this my power weekend and it has been! I made it a point to keep it moving at work. If I ran out of things to do, I kept lapping the store (and sure enough always found 100 more things to do). Normally I'd say I was averaging 3-4... maybe 5 miles a day at work and now that I've made it a point to keep moving, I'm averaging 4-5, and sometimes 6.

I heard from a co-worker when I bought the watch that another coworker was averaging 8 miles a day and I guess ever since then I have made it a personal goal to reach 8 miles at work. I work in retail so each day is different but my position does require a lot of walking around and going back and forth so it's definitely possible to achieve that. And I honestly enjoy work a tad more with this mindset. Instead of getting annoyed when people are calling me on the walkie to run back and forth across the store, I secretly think "Yes! More mileage!" lol. Yes, I'm back to being pumped about my workouts.

Also, I signed up for the Self.com  Drop 10 starting March 20th, hosted by Karena and Katrina and TIU! Can't wait to get started. If all goes right, that drop 10 will bring me into my mid 150's!!! :D

  1. really? i dont! but the scale THIS morning was way better. 168.2 instead of 175! lol dropped a pound instead of gaining 6
