Down 0.88 lbs

49% Water
32.2% muscle

So I'm down almost a pound. .87 pounds.
I'm down .4% fat
I'm up .3% water (I feel dehydrated)
I'm up .2% muscle.

The numbers are small this week but considering I was sick ALL last week, haven't gone to the gym in 10 days, and had a cheat day Saturday, I'm counting my blessings! They're going in the right direction which is everything I can ask for!  I have been focusing on eating right and keeping moving throughout the day every day, plus 7-8 hours of sleep each night!

  1. nope! not till 160. 10 whole pounds to go! i still dont see much change in my body yet.

  2. Well you r with yourself all the time so the gradual changes won't b as noticeable to you than everyone else. Every 10 I lose I've picked expensive restaurants I want to go to. Starting at 180. And the numbers ending in 5 I get new clothes. But at 185 I plan on wearing my normal clothes. 2 lbs til I lose my maternity pants lol.

  3. I get rewards like every 15 pounds. 160 is front my initial 175, except I spiked 4 lbs right away... so really its gonna be closer to 20 lbs from my start. haha.
