This actually works out for another reason. This semester I had to drop a class from school because it was clashing with my work schedule and the bottom line came to be that my GPA would suffer if I stayed in the course. I've never withdrawn from a class before (I have 3 classes left until I reach my associates) and I honestly feel guilty for doing it. The class met every Tuesday and Thursday 545-725 and I vowed to myself I would use that time to workout and get in shape because it's time I didn't plan on having and I might as well use it to still benefit me.(Little did I know I'd end up spending that much time at the gym everyday!)
So I will add this resistance band workout to my Tuesdays and Thursdays! Instead of learning French, I'll just get a sexy back crack. :) . And maybe tone a few other areas while I got the dang thing out.All the images and resistance band training ideas were found at BodyLastics!
