So each week I know I need to incorporate most of these workouts. Especially strength training and interval training because the more I read, the more I hear how important they are for optimum weight loss. In Better Homes and Gardens Special Interest magazine, Diet, I found a chart similar to this, with 4 weeks scheduled and they recommended that we check off each workout we accomplish throughout the week.
At first glance, I brushed it off. I already have my workout routine (cardio cardio cardio!) and so far it's been working. But then I have to ask myself, what do I do when it stops working? And it is only hurting me if I don't work these in. Plus, most of these should be done regularly for any healthy lifestyle. So all that to say, I chose to throw my own together. I want to print a bunch and maybe post it near my calender.
Over the next 8 months when I lose all the weight, I will be able to go back and know for sure what workout I did to get it off. Maybe over time, I'll realize that I lose more per week if I include strength training or intervals. Who knows? But I'll for sure find out!
You know what might be a fun project to?! I can make my own calender on lulu! Now that's an idea I like! :)
Also, a few more things I have left to buy are: a measuring tape to track my measurements and a jump rope!
