Down 3.775 lbs

I seriously want the scale to show results. I have been working so hard this week to make sure my Net Calories are where they should be and I need the encouragement of the scale to keep going. Okay, I won't quit if it doesn't show this week but it would make me feel so much better if I saw some changes. I want my workouts to start weighing in on my... well, weigh ins! Speak up, workout! SAY SOMETHING! Don't let the scale bully you?! Ugh, here goes!

33.7% Body fat
48.5% Water Weight
31.8% Muscle Mass

Since the beginning: 
Now that feels a lot better! Then again, I been killing it at the gym and been so incredibly conscious about what I eat or drink. I'm so proud of myself but now I'm even more scared for tonight (my boyfriends birthday) and tomorrow for Valentines Day. I cannot ruin all this progress!

I cant wait to keep it up and lose more weight!

  1. For net cals do u have to b in negatives to lose? Cant u jjust keep it slightly below your normal cals allowed per day

  2. According to what I read.. net calories are the calorie deficit amounts. So, to lose one pound per week you need a calorie deficit of 500 per day to total 3500 at the end of the week (3500 calories = 1 pound).
