Goals

December Goals: 
  • Reach 159 lbs
  • Plank 2 minutes every day
  • Track calories on loseit.com
  • Drink only once a week 
    • Dec 3rd for week one
    • Dec 14th for week two
    • Dec 21st for week three
    • Maybe Christmas Eve/Day
    • Dec. 31st for final week
  • Do 100 squats every other day
    • Dec 1, 3, 5 7, 9, ect...

Long Term Goals (2013) 
 Goal date: May 10th, my Bday
  • Reach 120-130 lbs  ((Currently 165))
  • Get my fat % below 25%  ((Currently 32.5))
  • Reach a 7 minute mile  ((Currently 12 min))
  • Complete a 5K  ((Not planned yet))
