I had to work overnight at work last night. 10pm-630am. Ugh, so right now I am really exhausted. I tried to sleep but I don't want my whole day to be lost, so I decided to get up. I might go back to sleep, though, before my workout because I can only picture it dragging with my 3.5 hours of sleep.
Weight: 177.5 lbs (80.5 kg)
Body Fat: 34.7%
Water Weight: 47.7%
Muscle Mass: 31.4%
So that's good! I finally dropped a tiny bit after gaining so much, but YAYYYY! My body fat went down from 35.7% to 34.7% and my muscle mass went up from 30.9% to 31.4%
Yesterday I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and burned 338 calories, then I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and burned 397 calories, putting me at 735 calories. While I was working out, I had the idea to add a 10 calorie goal every day, until I reach 1000 on my average workout. So today I have to burn 745 calories, and Thursday I'll do 755, etc. I think that if during each workout, I can say to myself "Hey, yesterday you managed to burn 735, so you can for sure do the same today." And then once I hit my goal, I can stay on for 10 more calories. It sounds easy on paper! :) So, each week I'll add 50-70 calories burned in my workout depending on how often I go. So in 4-6 weeks I'll be burning 1000 calories per workout, hopefully.
