One bad day is the same as one good day

So I haven't been sticking perfectly to my diet the past 3 days. Maybe a mix of the superbowl and then recovering from the superbowl. Either way, it's been discouraging to see the scale not move! I'm still at 179. I re-instated my gym membership at Lifetime Fitness and I went on Sunday to work out. I tried to go yesterday, (excuses, excuses) but the roads were still really bad from the snow fall so I decided not to.

Well, it's a new day! And one of the most inspirational saying I've heard this last week is that: one bad day is pretty much equal to one good day. So basically, you can't get fit over night and you can't ruin your diet in one day either. So long as I keep trying to break the habits, I will be fine! I can't let this keep me down.

So I am off to the gym, now.
Every day my goal is to burn 1000 calories at the gym.
It's a rough goal, but I used to make it my goal and it always made me stay a little bit longer. I'd want to quit at 500 calories but I'd feel too far from my goal so I stayed till like 750 and some times I'd make it to 1000.  Higher goals = higher rewards.

This is my "TURN IT AROUND, TRIM TUESDAY" because I'm turning this diet around and getting trim.
