Going in to this weigh in I'm not feeling too great. I knew Wednesday and Thursday would be hard and even though I could have been a lot worse, I could have done better. I wanted to workout Wednesday but I had a family thing to deal with so I didn't workout that day and then Thursday I ran 5 errands, arrived at the gym, jumped on the machine and realized my music player wasn't charged at all. So I worked out for 45 minutes but I didn't burn as many calories as usual. And Friday I crashed and slept for 11 hours. Every other day of the week I did really great, though so I should focus on that! I enjoyed myself, in moderation, for the two holidays and I can jump right back into my regime.
Looking at my progress picture, the only change I notice is in the side view: how my gut hangs out. In the last two pictures it hung really low and this week I think it's starting to pull up and in. :)
And if you look at the Over_Under graph, you can see that I'm doing a lot better than in the beginning. Most days I'm coming in way under because I'm burning more than I'm consuming. Yes I've had my bad days, but if I keep it up it will be worth it because a year from now, I will be at my goal weight, happy, and healthy if I stay on track.

ReplyDeletei wish u could go in a steam room or sauna for 20 minutes, thats when i dropped dramatically! like all the toxins were weighing me down severely.
