Now Work It Out!

So I really love rock music and whenever I try to find a good workout playlist, I get a lot of pop and r&B songs which would get me through like 1/4 a workout but rock songs get me pumped for the entire time. Last time I lost a lot of weight, I remember Three Days Grace having a lot to do with it.

Currently, I log on to Pandora radio with my nook, and jump around radio stations until I find a song to get me pumped for a few minutes .You can check out My Pandora Radio but here is a list of songs that have been pumping me up lately. Some of them I attribute to relating to emotionally at the moment, and others I remember seeing in concert which really pumps me up and excites me for summer.

Workout Playlist:
  • Done With You - Papa Roach
  • The High Road - Three Days Grace
  • Arlandria - Foo Fighters
  • Sailed Away - Saving Abel
  • Monster You Made Me - Pop Evil
  • I Knew You Were Trouble - Taylor Swift
  • Hold the Door - Story of the Year
  • All We Ever See of Stars are Their Old Photographs - We Are the Emergency
  • The Priest and the Matador - Senses Fail
  • Sadly Smiling Through - One Less Reason
  • All I Want - A Day to Remember
  • Catch my Breath - Kelly Clarkson
  • Fred Astaire - Lucky Boys Confusion
The summer concert I'm most excited for at this point is to see Pearl Jam at Wrigley on July 19th!
:D

I'm not really feeling the gym today. I feel kind of burnt out on working out but you know what? I'm going to go anyway because even if I don't reach my goals today, some calories burned in better than none! I just really hope my pandora radio works better today than it did yesterday because yesterday it kept cutting out and I couldn't focus on my workout.

Update: Just got back from the gym and I burned 598 calories. 4 times my Pandora stream got cut out (I remember because it was during 4 songs I was immediately excited came on.) But hey, not bad considering I was soo not feeling the workout! And I feel so great that I did it because I'm workout closer to my goals!
