Protein

Just an update on how much protein I've been taking in. Im down to 172.8!! I was 175-179 so I'm excited.

I think it's funny how my days off can be identified by how much protein I took in. I think it's because I plan my meals for work but when I'm at home I start skipping m2 and m4 and I obviously don't eat as much protein. I will have to work on this. Meal prep in everything!
