Healthy Thursday | 7DSD Day 1

Just wanted to add that yesterday I was finally starting to feel better, after being overly tired all week (crashed Mon-Wed!) but I still felt not myself. I had a big bowl of whole grain pasta for M3, and today I started the 7DSD, but today I feel way less bloated, and way more awake. Is the carbs connected, or did I finally pass whatever bug/virus I had? I dont know but a TIU sister suggested I add healthy carbs on Saturdays to improve my Sunday Runday and I love that idea, especially after seeing how great I feel today! Maybe I was accidentally avoiding carbs because I figured proteins and leans were always a better options? Not always true! "Carbs are the fire that fats burn in" as Katrina always says. Anyway, not this Saturday (because I'm on the 7DSD and I fully plan to complete it) but every Saturday going forward I want to try having a heavier carb M3, and see how I feel. :) Wish me luck!
