Down 1.4 lbs

  • 50.8% water
  • 33.4% muscle

I lost 2 lbs! Okay not really. I was at 161.2 last week and this week I'm 159.8 but still! That's 1.4 lbs. Even with drinking and tacos this weekend! Yay. What a relief! I killed it at the gym yesterday though so I'd have been so ticked if I didn't see a budge in the numbers. Haha
